ReimuA is straightforward and really powerful type. The ability is pretty useful in streaming sections as well, but be careful anywhere else. In general, I feel I'm comfortable with SA aleady, and got quite a bit better overall.

MarisaA, while seemingly weird - narrow while unfocused, wide while focused - is actually pretty useful this way. The bomb is rather narrow, but you get eight of them! Speaking of bombs, I like the system here. No need to worry about not using them all when you die, at least until nearing the last life. Make sure to use one when at full power, though, especially with this type - you only spawn 7 power items! Learned this the hard way in this run (it's not too good overall, either, but whatever).

ReimuB is the homing type here, but the shots' homing ability is pretty weak. Instead, they are powerful and can go through their target, which results in a straight piercing shot with minor homing capability, but low rate of fire. The bomb, while not clearing the screen, still helps with getting out of cornered situations. Suika's ability is useful for survival, but not scoring. Overall, a good shot type, just not the usual homing one.

Captured Apology "The Needles of Yore and the Vengeful Spirits in Pain", except this time I died to Orin's 2nd non (!? completely messed up my timing there, arghh silly!) and "Small Demon's Revival" (now that was a silly death...). Erm... I can do the popcorn and streaming section now, yay!

Perfect Orin except for 2 deaths to Apology "The Needles of Yore and the Vengeful Spirits in Pain" (1st one I didn't even know what hit me, 2nd I was being silly). Perfecting the stage portion will take a bit more time... as you can see, it was a complete and utter mess in comparison. Bookmark of where I'm at after the 1st day of practice. Will be looking back on this.
